A global luxury travel representation company founded in 2005, dedicated to connecting extraordinary hospitality brands with Asia's most discerning travellers.

Two Decades of Excellence

Hidden Lotus was founded in 2005 with a singular vision: to provide the world's most luxurious and alluring travel brands with a bespoke gateway into Asia's high-net-worth traveller market.

Over the past 20 years, we have grown from a single Singapore office into a leading representation company with a team of 82 specialists across 12 Asian markets. We are proud to represent over 80 iconic hotel brands, including Cheval Blanc, Armani, Belmond, Oetker Collection, Chiva-Som, COMO Hotels & Resorts, and many more.

We do not act as travel agents and do not take bookings. Instead, we function as an extension of our clients' own sales and marketing teams — inspiring travellers, media, KOLs, and trade partners to book directly with or write about our clients.

Christine Galle-Luczak

Founder & CEO

Over 24 years in Asia. Former Marketing Director at Chiva-Som Thailand. Founded Hidden Lotus in Singapore in 2005.

Qiang

Co-Founder & Director of Sales, China

Qiang brings over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a strong background in luxury destinations and international sales. Having previously played a key role in promoting the Maldives as a premier travel destination, he now serves as Co-Founder & Director of Sales, China at Hidden Lotus, where he leads the brand’s growth and presence in the China market.

Franscisca Soelaiman

VP Operations

Former hotel operations and events specialist with a career spanning Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Laura Hackett

14+ years in luxury hospitality. Former sales team member at The Savoy, Rosewood London and The Ned.
